DELIVERY
Where possible we will dispatch within 1 working day. We currently ship all orders via DHL EXPRESS. If you are unsure if we deliver to your country, please get in touch.

On average:

• UK customers - We will charge £5 for DHL shipping within the UK. DHL express orders should arrive within 2 working days from dispatch.

• European customers - DHL Express-Orders should arrive within 3-4 working days following dispatch.

  Postage to Belgium, France and Germany is £20

  Postage to Finland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Estonia is £25

  Postage to Iceland, Switzerland and Turkey is £27

• Rest of World customers - DHL Express-Orders should arrive within 5-6 working days following dispatch.

  Postage to USA is £20

  Postage to Australia is £26

  Postage to Hong Kong, India, Japan, Russia, New Zealand is £30

  You will be responsible for any customs, import duties and taxes payable for your order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be.

CANCELLATIONS
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after the order receipt date. We offer a 28 day returns policy from the date of dispatching the goods. In this instance, all refunds exclude postage costs and customs and import duties.

RETURNS
Hopefully, you will love your Chapter Jacket. But if there's any reason you'd like to return it, and we understand this can happen, please get in touch with us as soon as you can. We accept returns within 28 days of delivery. As a small business, we are not able to cover the cost of returns postage so we ask you to send it back using tracked postage. We are unable to accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit. Once a returned jacket is received back and checked over, refunds will be made within 3-5 days. All returns from oversees must be clearly labelled on the outside of the package as ‘returned goods’ to avoid any extra charges.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES.
All our jackets are unique. They only come in 1 size and colour, so it will be unlikely that alternatives are available, but it's always worth contacting us to ask what we can do. If the alternative size or colour is available we will complete your exchange, but if that's not possible, we will make a refund excluding shipping, customs and import duties. If you would like to simply return your jacket, we can offer a refund if it is returned in an unworn condition. You will need to return your jacket within 28 days of it arriving with you. Your return would need to be fully tracked, and tracking details sent to info@chapter.clothing. Please include your reason for a refund, order number and full name.
