We believe in our Chapter jackets, and carry on caring throughout their life.  That's why we offer free repairs.

If your jacket develops a hole, or misses a button, just let us know and we'll fix it.

How it works:
Please contact us here to discuss the repair. Once we decide on the next steps, we will ask you to post the jacket back to us.

Please make sure you ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Chapter London Ltd cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

We will aim to repair the jacket as quickly as possible, dependant on how busy we are (usually within 4 weeks).
