How can I buy a jacket? Our jackets are made and sold in ‘Chapters’ via our website. We make a limited number of jackets in a Chapter, and each one is unique.
Our Chapters will not follow traditional fashion cycles. Instead, each ‘Chapter’ will be released, quite simply, when it is ready.

I want to pre-order a jacket, but can’t see the colour or pattern I like, what can I do? Please email us, and join a waitlist. We can let you know when we have something coming up in the size/colour you want.
How do I find out about the ‘Next Chapter’? Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to hear about upcoming launches, the creative process and behind the scenes info.
How long until I get my jacket? Where possible we will dispatch within 1 working day. We are currently shipping all jackets via DHL EXPRESS. Please check our shipping & returns page for more details. If you are unsure if we deliver to your country, please get in touch.
We will send you an email when your order has been dispatched with a tracking number to follow your Chapter jacket on its journey.
What if it doesn't fit, or isn’t as expected? These things can happen. If your jacket didn't fit, or you’ve changed your mind, you just need to return it in perfect unworn condition, and it will go to another happy home… Please email us to ask about returns.
Do you offer repairs? In short, Yes! All our garments have been consciously designed for maximum longevity by being timeless, unisex, utility styles. We would love these to be heirlooms for many generations to enjoy. We strongly believe in circular fashion, passing down and recycling clothes. Therefore if any of your items become damaged, we will lovingly repair them for free (just like many of the textiles they were made from were restored over the years.) Please drop us an email .
